Background
Ford, official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League, wanted to reinforce its notoriety by taking advantage of the final of this competition, played between two Spanish teams.
Need
The objective was to achieve Ford's positioning in an event with a large audience in Spain, and even more so being the final between two Spanish teams.
Proposal
We devised a branded content campaign, #MerecemosUnHimno, in which we proposed to create a version of the official UEFA anthem in our language, which was previously approved and authorized by UEFA. The anthem was broadcast on social networks, with the participation of former Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid players, and also appeared on the program El Hormiguero.
In addition, anyone who wanted to could upload a video of themselves singing the song, and would have the chance to win tickets to the Champions League final in Lisbon.
